Regulatory Statement
Last updated: May 2026
This statement sets out Rxolve’s regulatory position in full. A condensed version appears in the footer of every page on this site. This page will be updated when the regulatory opinion (Open Decision 5) is received from counsel prior to general availability.
Our regulatory status
Rxolve provides AI-powered treasury and accounts intelligence to UK and EU SMEs. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not provide regulated financial advice, payment services, or fund-holding services.
Rxolve does not appear on the FCA Register and makes no claim to be a regulated entity. If you are in doubt about whether a specific feature or Output of the Service requires regulated advice, you should consult an authorised financial adviser.
Intelligence and instruction layer
Rxolve operates as an intelligence and instruction layer. When Rxolve recommends a payment, that recommendation is executed via your own bank or payments processing account using credentials you provide. Funds at all times remain in your account; Rxolve never holds, custodies, or passes through customer funds.
Rxolve’s outputs — including work-plan recommendations, drafted communications, cash forecasts, and narrative reports — are decision-support tools. They are produced by AI reasoning across data you connect; they do not constitute professional financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for all decisions taken on the basis of Rxolve’s outputs.
Financial products
Rxolve does not assess your individual circumstances and recommend regulated financial products. Where Rxolve surfaces opportunities (for example, yield placement on idle cash balances, or invoice factoring as a receivables-acceleration option), these are surfaced as informational signals. Any execution of those opportunities, and any related regulated activity, is performed by third parties authorised in their own right. Rxolve does not receive commission, referral fees, or other remuneration from those third parties in connection with their regulated activities.
Future activations
Rxolve operates in two phases. In the current phase, Rxolve recommends and drafts; you approve and execute. A future phase will introduce automated payment execution and yield placement for customers who explicitly opt in to those features.
Future activations of automated payment execution and yield placement remain within the framework described above: Rxolve instructs; the relevant authorised partners execute and carry regulatory responsibility for their own regulated activities. The activation of these features will be subject to a further regulatory review and will not proceed without appropriate legal sign-off.
